The IEEE Spain Signal Processing and Communications Joint Chapter aims to develop those engineering disciplines among members. Since nowadays we live in a global worldwide connected world based on information, the signal processing and communications are present in almost everything and so our members.

Main Goals

The main goals of the Chapter are the following:

  • To spread and develop Signal Processing and Communications Technologies.
  • To support members’ ideas in those fields.
  • To put professionals, academics, and students in contact with other members in the field.
  • To organize technical activities for increasing members’ value.
  • To improve inclusion and diversity among the Signal Processing and Communications Engineering community.
  • To promote the development of projects between Academy and local i
  • To strength the relationship of the chapter’s members with other affinity groups (e.g., Young Professionals, Women In Engineering…).
